Order Processing & Payment Clearance
To ensure transaction security, all orders undergo a routine verification check and a 2 to 3 working day payment processing window to allow funds to clear fully.

Once your payment has successfully cleared in our account, your order will be submitted to our fulfillment team to be picked, packed, and prepared for transit.

The total estimated time from clicking "Buy" to your item leaving our warehouse facility is 3 to 4 working days.
Delivery Times & Service Tiers
Because our catalog features everything from delicate glassware to heavy premium furniture, your order will be delivered via one of two specialized services depending on the size and fragility of the items:

Standard Courier Delivery (Small & Medium Items): Items like lamps, cushions, small mirrors, and clocks are shipped via premium parcel couriers (such as DPD or UPS). Once dispatched following our processing window, these items typically arrive within 1 to 2 working days.

Specialist Two-Man Delivery (Large & Fragile Furniture): Heavy items, large dining tables, sideboards, and massive mirrors require dedicated handling to prevent transit damage. These items are managed by a specialized heavy goods vehicle (HGV) delivery fleet. Once processed, the delivery team will contact you directly via phone or text to schedule a convenient, dedicated delivery slot. Please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery of large furniture pieces.
Delivery Areas & Surcharges
We deliver across Mainland Great Britain. Please note that certain remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, may incur delivery surcharges from our couriers or may have restricted access for large two-man furniture deliveries. If your order is affected, our customer care team will reach out to you before dispatch.
